With 1,009 votes, Lamaar was the second-highest vote-getter among the candidates, per the Pacific Island Times.
Lamaar is the operations manager for JC Company, her family’s construction firm, and the former manager of Community AYUW Services Credit Union, the Pacific Island Times reported.
